Last updated: October 12, 2026

In short: you can use AllTimeClips without creating an account. We don't sell your data or use it to show you ads based on your Twitch activity. If you create an account, we keep the minimum needed for your collections to work, and you can delete it whenever you want.

1. Who is responsible

AllTimeClips (alltimeclips.com) is an independent service for finding and organizing Twitch clips. The data controller is Julian, based in Argentina. For any privacy question, write to us at contacto@alltimeclips.com.

2. What data we use

If you use the site without an account

We don't ask for any personal data. Your browser stores some preferences so the site works better (for example, your chosen language or whether you confirmed you are 18 or older). That data stays on your device, isn't sent to our servers and you can delete it from your browser settings.

Technical data

Like any website, our servers and those of our hosting provider log technical data for each visit: IP address, browser type, pages requested and date and time. We use it to run the service, prevent abuse (for example, limiting the number of searches per visitor) and fix errors.

To know how many visits the site gets and from which countries, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

Also, to know which features are used and what to improve, the site anonymously counts some actions (for example, searches, opened clips or shared links) and which public Twitch channels or categories are searched. These counts are sent once per visit, use no cookies, don't include your IP address or data from your account or collections, and can't identify you. Each submission stays in the server's technical log for up to 7 days; it is also added to daily totals (for example, how many visits, from which kind of device or which features were used), which contain no personal data and are kept with no time limit. The totals of which channels and categories were searched are deleted after 90 days.

3. Twitch data

We get information about clips, channels, categories and videos through the official Twitch API. It is public information that Twitch makes available to developers.

Clips and videos are played with the official Twitch player, which is governed by the Twitch privacy notice.

4. What we use data for

We don't make automated decisions that significantly affect you.

5. Who data is shared with

We don't sell your data. We work with providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions:

We may also disclose data if required by law or by a competent authority.

United States residents: we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in California law. You can ask us to access or delete your data as described in "Your rights".
