By using AllTimeClips you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What AllTimeClips is

AllTimeClips is a free tool to search Twitch clips by date, filter them and organize them into collections. It uses the official Twitch API and plays clips with the official Twitch player.

2. Relationship with Twitch and creators

• AllTimeClips is not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by Twitch. Twitch is a trademark of Twitch Interactive, Inc.
• Clips, videos, names and images belong to their creators and to Twitch. The site doesn't host or copy them: it shows them from Twitch.
• The site doesn't allow downloading clips or videos.
• If a clip is deleted on Twitch or its creator restricts it, it stops showing here too.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use automated programs (bots, scrapers) to query the site in bulk, or try to get around usage limits.
• Try to access other people's accounts or non-public parts of the service, or disrupt how it works.
• Use the site to harass, defame or harm other people, including content creators.
• Use a creator's clips to promote products or services without their permission.

4. Accounts and collections

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or the minimum age required by the law of your country if it is higher. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under that age, we delete it along with its data.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
• Your collections are always private: only you can see them.
• You can delete your account and your collections at any time.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

5. Mature content

Clips from channels that Twitch labels with sexual themes, gambling, drugs or alcohol, or graphic violence are shown blurred until you confirm that you are 18 or older. That confirmation is your own statement; if you are under 18, don't confirm it.

6. Content requests

If you own a clip and want it to stop showing, the most effective way is to ask Twitch directly, since that's where it's hosted. You can also write to us at contacto@alltimeclips.com and we'll help with whatever is within our reach.

7. Intellectual property of the site

The design, code and original texts of AllTimeClips belong to Julian. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Advertising

The site may show ads to cover its costs. Ads never cover the Twitch player. What is advertised is the responsibility of each advertiser.

9. Availability and warranties

We offer the site "as is". We do our best to keep it working well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, because it also depends on third-party services such as Twitch. We may change, suspend or stop offering features at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site, for the content of clips (which belongs to their creators) or for failures of third-party services.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change is important, we'll announce it on the site. Continuing to use it after the change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence.
